Microsoft published a clip about the revamped Xbox Game Pass and its features, but viewers have overwhelmingly downvoted it. The backlash followed the company’s decision to significantly raise subscription fees on October 1 — the Ultimate tier jumped 50% to $30 per month.

At the time of writing, the video has around 23,000 dislikes and nearly 7,000 likes.

Commenters point out that the video never mentions the price increase. People are also confused by the opening line: “We heard your feedback.”
