House Flipper creators unveil farming game Farmbotic

The team behind the hit House Flipper is preparing to release another major title. During the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Showcase, Polish studio Frozen Way revealed a slice of gameplay from their ambitious farming simulator, Farmbotic.

Inspired by well-known farming sims such as Stardew Valley, Story of Seasons and Harvest Moon, the project was first announced during the Summer Game Fest. It connected with players almost immediately—landing on Steam’s global wishlist and rapidly gaining traction.

For the Tokyo Game Show, PC Gamer’s special showcase presented a brief, sub‑minute trailer with fresh gameplay snippets. The bigger takeaway, however, is that Frozen Way has, for reasons not fully explained, renamed the game from Farmatic to Farmbotic. The change feels sensible given the project’s strongly sci‑fi visual and thematic direction.
