First announced in 2019 at the Game Awards, Hellblade 2: Senua’s Saga made its video return at the same ceremony tonight in Los Angeles. This time, the Ninja Theory studio was talking about revealing the very first gameplay sequence to us, and finally showing us what the English studio is capable of doing since they were acquired by Microsoft. As the first trailer had predicted two years ago, this sequel promises to be even darker and more warlike, with a fight against a giant who is hiding in a cave. Accompanied by men ready to sacrifice themselves, Senua lures this immense creature out of its hiding place to trap it outside with flaming spears. But it seems that this is not enough to attract this wounded giant, capable of crushing anyone with the back of his phalanx. Technically impressive, Hellblade 2 is a game developed with the Unreal Engine 5 that offers impressive renderings in terms of modeling characters and their expressions. For the moment, no date has been revealed, we just know that it will be released exclusively on PC and Xbox Series X | S and that it will be available at launch on Xbox Game Pass.
