Rockstar has been busy during this lockdown, as development teams have created an epic new heist for GTA Online. Better, the latter will take place on a completely new paradise island. The Los Santos open world will therefore expand for the first time since the game’s release thanks to the addition of this new geographic area. This hyper-secure private island is home to the world’s largest drug trafficker, and a lot of wealth that you will have to grab in a colorful heist. We will therefore have to first succeed in setting a foot on the island of Cayo Perico, by infiltrating, or by neutralizing the many guards who patrol there, then escape with as much compromising evidence as possible, without forgetting to ” carry as many works of art, gold and dirty silver as possible.
The big novelty of this robbery is that it will be playable entirely alone, or in a team with three other players, according to your wishes. As always, the developers have added many new weapons and vehicles, including an imposing military submarine that can serve as our HQ. Those who prefer to party will be delighted to learn that a new place dedicated to this activity will open its doors with new world-famous DJs. In fact, Rockstar announces that more than 100 new songs will arrive on the airwaves via new radio stations. The Cayo Perico Heist will land for free in GTA Online via an update that will be deployed on December 15.
