Gearbox and former counsel Wade Callender have dropped the fits they filed towards each other.
Earlier this week, a Dallas County courtroom dismissed a lawsuit filed by former Gearbox authorized counsel Wade Callender, in addition to the counter-suit Gearbox filed towards Callender, Business Insider experiences.
This all began in October 2018 when Callender accused Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford of discrimination, submitting a declare with the Civil Rights Division on the Texas Workforce Commission. This prompted Gearbox to sue Callender for, among other things, “fraud and breach of fiduciary duty”.
