Following the release of Update 1.0.4, we encountered a connectivity bug affecting Offline Mode that forced us to roll back the patch. With Game Update 1.0.5, we are officially redeploying those fixes alongside a suite of quality-of-life enhancements inspired by your invaluable feedback. Thank you for your continued patience and support as we polish the experience.

FIXES

Offline Mode Stability: Resolved an issue stemming from the previous patch that prevented players from accessing 007 First Light in Offline Mode.

Microsoft PC Patch Size: Addressed an anomaly causing game updates on the Microsoft PC platform to be unnecessarily large compared to other versions.

Performance Optimizations: Implemented comprehensive memory management improvements to bolster overall stability and significantly lower the risk of out-of-memory crashes.

Startup Profile Crashes: Fixed an error that caused the game to crash during launch due to failures in loading profile data.

Corrupted Save Data (PC): Resolved a critical crash triggered by corrupted save files, which previously could trap players in a persistent crash loop upon startup.

“Against the Odds” Intro: Fixed a crash occurring during the opening cinematic of this mission.

“Flying Dark” Checkpoints (PC): Fixed a crash that occurred when resuming the “Flying Dark” mission after the game had been left running in the background.

Xbox Series S Memory: Resolved a rare memory-related crash during the transition cinematics between missions.

PS5 Pro Upgrade Store: Fixed a crash that triggered when players purchased multiple gadget upgrades within the Tactical Simulation.

GAMEPLAY

PS5 EULA Loop: Fixed an issue where the game remained stuck on the “Connecting” screen after users accepted the EULA on their first boot.

Movement Lock: Addressed a combat bug in “The Past Never Dies” where taking damage would occasionally lock Bond into a permanent walking state.

“Against the Odds” Progression: Fixed a soft-lock where luring a guard away from their designated post prevented players from interacting with hostages.

Weapon Save Corruption (PS5): Resolved an issue where carrying multiple primary weapons could corrupt save files, leading to infinite loading screens when reloading checkpoints.

Photo Interaction Bug: Fixed a progression blocker in “The Past Never Dies” where simultaneous interactions with photos and Greenway made the objective inaccessible.

QLab Access: Patched an exploit that allowed players to enter the elevator shaft prematurely during MI6 visits.

Q’s Pathfinding: Fixed a bug where Q could get stuck in the geometry if a cinematic was skipped at MI6, halting mission progress.

“Knightfall” Boundaries: Fixed a collision issue where players could fall out of the map during the “Escape the Penthouse” sequence.

Mission Soft-Locks: Resolved progression blockers on the docked boat sequence in “Time to Die” and the quarry sequence in the same mission.

Q-Watch Reliability: Fixed an issue in “A New Home” where the Q-Watch failed to spawn necessary supplies during the Malta training sequence.

Gadget Latency: Fixed a bug in “The Heart of the Matter” where device interaction caused long-term delays in gadget activation.

Challenge Progression: Fixed logic errors for “Bring a Fist to a Gunfight” (“For England”) and the “Iron It Out” challenge in Tactical Simulation, ensuring they unlock correctly.

CINEMATICS & ANIMATION

  • Fixed animation snapping issues for Bond in “Against the Odds.”
  • Corrected Greenway’s arm positioning during dialogue in “The Past Never Dies.”
  • Resolved clipping and disappearing character assets in high-density areas.
  • Fixed visual artifacting on Bond’s character model during “The Needle’s Eye” training cinematics.

UI / UX & ONLINE

Saving Icon: Fixed an issue on the Epic Games Store where the save notification would remain on-screen indefinitely.

Leaderboards: Fixed a bug on PS5 Pro where friends’ scores were missing from Tactical Simulation leaderboards and corrected general leaderboard rank display errors.

Control Rebinding: Fixed a delay where updated PC keybindings would not reflect in the HUD until a checkpoint reload.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Fixed bugs preventing the successful unlock of the following achievements: “A Collector’s Habit,” “A Legacy of Spycraft,” “Casino Royale,” “Memento Vivere,” “For Your Eyes Only,” and “The World Is Not Enough.”

PERFORMANCE & LOCALIZATION

  • Graphics: Fixed an issue where some PCs defaulted to integrated GPUs.
  • Upscaling: Resolved incorrect DLSS settings upon launch.
  • Memory: Improved physics/ragdoll memory usage.
  • Localization: Refined Korean and Simplified Chinese translations for better context and clarity; corrected an English dialogue typo in “A Night Out.”

OTHER

IOI Account Rewards (PS5): Fixed a synchronization issue where redeemed IOI account rewards were failing to appear in-game.
