Game Freak Plans Continuous Updates for Beast of Reincarnation, Starting with Story Pacing and Text Size
Following its August 4 launch across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Game Freak’s ambitious action-RPG, Beast of Reincarnation, has been met with a wave of community feedback. Players have highlighted several hurdles impacting their experience, ranging from technical performance issues and uneven narrative pacing to uncomfortably small, non-adjustable subtitle text. In response, the studio announced via its official X account that a comprehensive rollout of continuous updates is in development, with the inaugural patch arriving shortly.
“We sincerely appreciate everyone diving into Beast of Reincarnation,” Game Freak stated in their announcement. “Your valuable insights are driving our commitment to deliver a robust series of ongoing enhancements.” Scheduled to deploy within the week, the upcoming patch will directly address several core community concerns:
- Enhanced camera behavior and adjustments
- Expanded text scaling options for improved readability
- Refinements to narrative flow and story pacing (with further tweaks planned)
- Switching the default graphical configuration from Cinematic to Performance mode
- General bug fixes and stability improvements
While the contents of this initial update remain fluid, the studio encourages adventurers to continue submitting their thoughts via the official support portal.
