Fun & Fishy: Highlands Fishing Expansion coming in November!

Farming Simulator 25 is about to unveil its inaugural major expansion, and it promises to be delightfully aquatic! Launching on November 4th for both PC and consoles, Highlands Fishing introduces aquaculture, a fresh map, new machinery, and exciting gameplay opportunities. Soon, you’ll have the chance to cultivate not just crops but also fish!

Highlands Fishing will be obtainable as an independent expansion or as part of the new Highlands Fishing Edition, which includes the base game. Pre-orders are open now, and those with the Year 1 Season Pass will receive access on the launch date.

Welcome to Kinlaig!
Where Verdant Hills Meet the Ocean

The new Kinlaig map takes its inspiration from the windswept terrains of Scotland, showcasing stony valleys, lush fields, and lengthy expanses of cloudy skies. Here, you can establish farms, care for livestock, and now venture onto the water to gather fish. The setting is enhanced by historic stone castles and classic architecture.

Aquaculture Sets Sail
Dive Into the Aquatic Adventure!

For the first time in this series, players can engage in aquaculture. You’ll have the ability to breed, nurture, and harvest fish such as salmon and trout using both tanks on land and boats at sea. Prefer serene moments by the water’s edge? Take up a rod for some tranquil shore fishing. Experience a newly enriched slow-paced simulation.

Beyond Just Fish
New Animals, Crops, and Machinery Await

This expansion isn’t solely focused on fish. Highlands Fishing also introduces onions as a new crop and Highland cattle as a new animal type. Plus, there’s an addition of over 20 innovative machines, featuring renowned manufacturers like Monosem, Can-Am, Agri-Spread, and GT Bunning, all catering to both terrestrial and aquatic tasks.

Whether casting nets or sowing onions, this expansion broadens the farming experience with thrilling new directions. Get your boat ready and put on your fishing boots!
