If you are playing on Xbox Series X|S or via the Xbox app on PC, the game becomes playable at 12:01 AM local time. For Steam users, the global unlock is set for May 15 at 4:01 AM UTC.

Players with Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass can access the Standard Edition at no extra charge. Furthermore, members can jump into the Japan road-trip four days early by grabbing the Premium Upgrade.
