The Foo Fighters aren’t just playing some of the biggest festivals of the year. The group has revealed a handful of headlining U.S. dates in addition to their performances at Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Bottlerock.
The Foo Fighters will kick off the tour — which was meant to be their 25th anniversary tour last year — in Cincinnati with a July 28 show at The Andrew J Brady ICON Music Center. From there, Dave Grohl and company will play in Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Albuquerque, N.M.
Radkey will support The Foo Fighters on all announced dates.
The newly announced dates will be the first Foo Fighters headlining shows since the February release of their latest album, Medicine at Midnight. The album peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 album charts and has produced singles “Shame Shame,” “No Son of Mine” and “Waiting on a War.”
The band intended to do a 25th anniversary tour in 2020, but were unable to due to the pandemic. This year, the band will celebrate that milestone in their 26th year as a group. More dates are expected to be announced soon.
Tickets for the limited run of shows go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time. Check out the full list of dates below.
