French writer Focus Home Interactive has acquired German developer Deck13 for €7.1 million (~$7.9M). The deal offers Focus full management of the studio, and its numerous owned IPs.
Deck13 is, after all, the developer of The Surge games, and Lords of the Fallen. The workforce has been working with Focus since 2011, so the choice is sensible.
