Warner Bros. has officially signaled the start of production for the horror feature “Evil Dead Wrath,” the latest entry in the legendary genre-defining franchise.
While specific plot details remain under wraps, Francis Galluppi (noted for The Last Stop in Yuma County) is serving as both writer and director. The ensemble cast features Charlotte Hope, Zach Gilford, Jessica McNamee, and Josh Helman. Sam Raimi, the mastermind behind the original series, is attached as a producer.
The franchise’s most recent chapter, 2023’s Evil Dead Rise, was a standout success, grossing $147 million globally and earning widespread critical acclaim. Looking ahead, another spin-off titled Burning is slated to arrive in the summer of 2026.
