In the clip, Taron Egerton (Eddie the Eagle) portrays Sir Elton on the highway to fame, from his youth to his 1970s heyday. Also starring Jamie Bell, Richard Madden, and Bryce Dallas Howard, the movie is slated to reach in theaters May 17, 2019.
Elton John not too long ago introduced a three-year farewell tour. Two new cowl albums paying tribute to his music, Revamp and Restoration, have been launched, that includes contributions from Q-Tip, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and extra. The movie surveys John’s life “from his years as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music through his influential and enduring musical partnership with Bernie Taupin,” in accordance with early press supplies.
