Ed Sheeran’s “Bad Habits” makes a splash on Billboard’s Top Triller U.S. chart, debuting at No. 1 on the tally dated July 10.
The Top Triller U.S. and Top Triller Global charts highlight the biggest songs on Triller based on a formula blending the amount of views of videos containing a respective songs, the level of engagement with those videos and the raw total of videos uploaded featuring each song, according to Triller. Data for the charts is represented on a Friday-Thursday tracking week, with the latest period running June 25-July 1.
“Bad Habits” gives Sheeran his first No. 1 on Top Triller U.S. with his first charting title (the chart began in 2020).
An upload from Sheeran himself is the top upload of the week on Triller featuring the song; the June 24 clip has 1.3 million views to date, according to Triller. A video from Charli D’Amelio (732,000 views) follows.
Concurrently, “Bad Habits” bows at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. It earned 17.7 million U.S. streams and 32,000 sales in the June 25-July 1 tracking week, according to MRC Data.
