Dua Lipa Saddles Up For Urban Cowgirl ‘Love Again’ Video

Dua Lipa "Love Again"

Saddle up, y’all, because Dua Lipa is getting her urban cowgal on in the new visual for her latest Future Nostalgia single “Love Again.” The mechanical bull-riding video for the track dropped on Friday (June 4), and it finds the British singer slipping into her finest black cowboy hat, animal-print bikini and Western wear for a sensual, slow-mo ride on an animatronic longhorn in an abandoned ballroom.

She’s not alone for long, though, as a troupe of dancers in chaps and tight jeans join her for some hip-swaying line dancing while some scary rodeo clowns try to lasso a gigantic floating egg while a light-decked horse stampedes through the hallways of a hotel.

The song prominently features the 1930s Al Bowlly trumpet sample employed in the classic 1997 one-hit wonder smash from White Town, “Your Woman.” It’s been a busy week for the singer, who also dropped the new song “Can They Hear Us” from the forthcoming soundtrack for Nabil Elderkin’s debut feature film, Gully.

The all-star album includes cuts from Ty Dolla $ign, Schoolboy Q, Miguel and Gary Clark, Jr., and is due to arrive June 4, the same day the film opens in theaters.
