Dinosaurs Hunt Players: Cooperative Survival Game Deathground Launches in October

The park-management simulators that let you run dinosaur reserves are well represented — for instance, Prehistoric Kingdom. Titles that emphasize action within similar settings, however, remain rare.

Deathground, developed by Jaw Drop, looks to address that void. It’s a cooperative horror-survival game for 1–4 players in which dinosaurs serve as the primary antagonists. From the trailer, the experience appears dark, brutal, and drenched in gore.

The developers have set an early access launch date: the game arrives on October 7 on PC via Steam.

The team has already shared the update roadmap. The first patch will add two new story events, a new enemy type, and two additional locations.

The full 1.0 release is scheduled for 2026. It will bring new narrative threads, procedural generation for certain elements, plus more enemy varieties and maps.

The developers also indicated plans for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions. Console editions are expected in 2026.
