Digital Extremes Releases Warframe Update Featuring Reworked Warframe
A fully fledged new Warframe has also arrived.
In late September, studio Digital Extremes unveiled the major Iceblade of Narin update for Warframe and announced a giveaway event for players.
The developers announced that they have reworked Banshee and decided to give the Warframe away for free to anyone who logs into Warframe before October 7, 2026:
We also added a free prebuilt Warframe slot so you can more freely experiment with her new and improved abilities.

Alongside this, a fully fledged new 66th Warframe named Narin has been introduced:
Warframe players can now team up in a new social hub on Earth. The developers invite players to head to the dark side of Earth to find the Yuvan mountain peak, which “holds secrets waiting to be uncovered.”
The launch of the experimental 6-player game mode “Ice Resistance” has been delayed. “The main reason is the improvement of cooperative missions, the enhancement of team interaction, as well as general bug fixes and polishing of the game.”
