Success in this quest hinges on eliminating the Realmwalker boss. You have two primary options for encountering one:
- Surging Ruptures: Completing a Surging Rupture with Mastery provides a slim, random chance for a Realmwalker to appear.
- Realmwalker World Event: The most consistent method is participating in the dedicated Realmwalker world event located southeast of Zarbinzet.
Because the world event is your best bet for a guaranteed encounter, keep a close eye on your map. Look for a Whisper icon in that specific region; it indicates when the event is set to begin.
Once the event kicks off, your task is to sustain three Ruptures for a set duration. A checkmark will appear on your minimap for each successfully stabilized Rupture. While soloing this is entirely possible, teaming up with other players allows you to split the workload and secure the summon quickly.
After you fulfill the requirements, the Realmwalker will emerge center-stage. There is no need to tackle this at high World Tiers—feel free to drop down to a lower difficulty if you want to ensure a stress-free kill. During the fight, prioritize destroying the three pillars that spawn; ignoring them will result in them transforming into “Realmbreakers,” which significantly increases the difficulty of the encounter.
Upon defeating the Realmwalker, a portal to the Deathtoll Chamber will open. Step through to enter a small arena reminiscent of a standard Rupture. Clear the waves of enemies to fuel the ritual circle, and once that final objective is met, return to Dannica to turn in the quest and claim your rewards.
