Crowd Games to Release Kingsport Board Game
Players will return to H.P. Lovecraft’s universe when the board game Kingsport: Guidebook goes on sale in early 2027. This time, participants must map out ideal routes through the grim city for both tourists and cultists.
Publisher Crowd Games announced that it will release Kingsport: Guidebook, the next installment in its Lovecraftian roll-and-write guidebook series created by Daniil Zaitsev and Matvey Chistyakov. The board game supports one to four players.
Players previously laid out routes through Arkham and battled the Ancient Ones, as well as ventured into Innsmouth to challenge deep ones.

Kingsport is a notably grim town. Gamers must arm themselves with markers once again and draw ideal routes using dice rolls, but now they are designing paths for tourists and cultists alike.
Specifically, players must build two separate routes through the foggy neighborhoods, hide frightened tourists in shelters so the cultists do not drive them mad, and remember to collect magical artifacts. At the end of the game, participants must perform a ritual to either earn bonus points or lose some of their tourists.
The box, which can also accommodate Arkham and Innsmouth, includes four cults of varying difficulty, six rituals, eight objective cards, and eight fog cards that set the starting conditions. Numerous unique combinations will ensure high replayability.
Sales of Kingsport: Guidebook are scheduled to begin in early 2027.
