Cristin Milioti is set to take on a leading role in Judd Apatow’s upcoming comedy feature, starring alongside Glen Powell. The narrative centers on a veteran actor legendary for his work in Westerns. As his stardom begins to dwindle, the protagonist finds himself grappling with a profound creative slump and professional exhaustion.
Apatow co-wrote the screenplay for this currently untitled project with Powell. This marks a continuation of the actor’s venture into writing, following his previous collaboration with Richard Linklater on the script for the action-comedy Hit Man.
The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on February 5, 2027.
