Condemned to Death: Cosplayer Brings Sabrina Glevissig from The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings to Life

Cosplayer Ulyana “Kavaynaya Kote’s” Ageeva-Goncharova embodied Sabrina Glevissig from The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, recreating the scene in which the sorceress is seized by King Henselt’s men.

Photographer Elena Vesania and cosplayer Ulyana “Kavaynaya Kote’s” Ageeva-Goncharova surprised fans with a tribute to the role-playing action title The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.

During the session the model became Sabrina Glevissig — one of the Northern Kingdoms’ most formidable and influential sorceresses, who also served as an adviser to King Henselt.

Sabrina was a leading member of the Lodge of Sorceresses and descended from the renowned Glevissig lineage. During the Battle of Aedirn she unleashed a devastating spell that wiped out not only Aedirn’s army but also a portion of Kaedwen’s forces.

Sabrina’s actions were intended to preserve the balance of power in the North on behalf of the Lodge of Sorceresses. Henselt viewed her deed as treason and ordered her to be burned at the stake. As she perished on the pyre, Sabrina placed a terrible curse upon the site of her execution and upon Henselt himself.
