You best “Believe” Cher is on TikTok now.
The 75-year-old pop icon shared her first video on the platform Wednesday (June 23), and she let fans choose between the best of both worlds with two different wigs and outfits.
“Hi, it’s me, the great and powerful Cher. And I’m on TikTok,” says a blonde-haired Cher wearing a white fur-lined jacket and black pants in the first take before performing the ultimate switcheroo and introducing her brunette and black-and-white striped jacket-wearing alter ego in the next take with, “Hi, it’s me, Cher, on TikTok.”
But the Oscar-winning superstar needed no introduction for her third take, where she transformed back into her blonde self. “Guess who I am? I’m on TikTok,” she repeated. Brunette Cher did the honors of signing off the video, which has already amassed more than 3 million views, with an important PSA for Pride Month. “Hi, of course you know who I am. I was gonna introduce myself, but no,” she teased. “Happy Pride Month to everybody in the community that I love, and that means you.”
Frankie Jonas cher-ished the clip and the icon’s presence on the platform by commenting, “Never hit follow so fast,” to which Cher replied, “Same same.”
