Cat Power has shared a canopy of Hal David and Burt Bacharach’s “What the World Needs Now.” Hear it under. Chan Marshall’s tackle the track initially appeared on the deluxe vinyl version of her newest album, Wanderer. The LP, her first in six years, additionally includes a cover of Rihanna’s “Stay” and the Lana Del Rey collaboration “Woman.” In October, Marshall performed the latter track on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”
