Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes are very much still an item, with so many shared memories. Cabello stopped by The Late Late Show on Monday night for a chat and to reminisce how, six long years ago, they fell for each other the first time.
They were sweet 16-year-olds (or were they 17? It’s been so long!). And being stars on the rise, their paths crossed on the set of late-night TV. James Corden’s late-night TV show, to be precise. “I was completely in love with him,” the “Havana” singer recounts. “And he was the one I thought didn’t love me back.” They’re silly kids no more.
Reggie Watts also threw out a leftfield question on the word Miami, in French.
Cabello is, of course, the lead in Cinderella, which premieres Friday (Sept. 3) on Amazon Prime. Corden is cast as a mouse.
