Brooklyn Bowl Nashville Finally Set to Open, One Year After Pandemic Pause

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is finally celebrating its grand-opening weekend, about a year after its scheduled opening was delayed by COVID-19.

Owned by Peter Shapiro — founder of the Brooklyn Bowl venues in New York and Las Vegas — in partnership with Live Nation, Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl will open for in-person audiences with back-to-back nights from Grammy Award-winning band Old Crow Medicine Show on June 25 and 26.

Additional artist performances will be announced in coming weeks. During the pandemic, the venue became a pioneering livestream originator with shows from Jason Isbell, Margo Price, Billy Strings and more.

“We’re excited to welcome live audiences into our venue, fully uniting the spirit of this legendary music town with the eclectic energy of Brooklyn Bowl,” Shapiro says. “It’s an honor to add our unique Brooklyn Bowl mix to the Nashville community.”
