JISOO of BLACKPINK’s latest music video for “Your Love” realizes every BLINK’s most vivid dream.
Released on Monday, August 11, the enchanting clip finds the South Korean star in a blush-pink ball gown as she drifts through the lush, mystical landscapes of Singapore’s Rainforest Wild ASIA, where the video was filmed. “Your love feels like the rain, like a melody I once knew
And your love feels like green lights guiding me home,” she croons, surrounded by a cascade of rose petals.
This visual spectacle arrives about six months after JISOO first introduced “Your Love” on her debut solo EP, AMORTAGE. The five-track project climbed to No. 11 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart—marking her first solo appearance there—while the single “Earthquake” reached No. 47 on the Billboard Global 200.
Each night on BLACKPINK’s ongoing DEADLINE World Tour—which kicked off in early July following over a year of individual pursuits—JISOO opens her solo segment with “Your Love.” Her bandmates LISA, JENNIE and ROSÉ likewise showcase their solo releases, and the tour resumes across Asia this October and January.
Reflecting on her solo journey in a February Billboard interview, JISOO admitted, “Exploring my artistry alone has been incredible, though at times it felt isolating.”
She continued, “Over the past year, each member delved into personal projects and grew tremendously. Now, reuniting for this tour, I believe we’ll return even stronger and more spectacular than before.”
