Tuesday (Sept. 25) marks National Voter Registration Day, and celebrities and politicians alike are taking to social media to encourage Americans to enroll to vote forward of the November elections.
Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti took to Facebook to encourage registration with Billie Eilish. He famous that each LAUSD High School is organizing a campus voter registration drive, and every collaborating college has the chance to win a stay efficiency by Eilish. The songstress added that she pre-registered whereas getting her learner’s allow on the DMV.
“As younger folks we’ve got to personal and use our energy to make a distinction. When we go into the voting sales space, it is about deciding who will lead America into the longer term,” the younger star defined.
