Kimberly Thompson, a former drummer for Beyoncé, has had her request for a civil harassment restraining order towards Beyoncé dismissed, The Blast experiences and courtroom information considered by Pitchfork verify. According to The Blast, Thompson didn’t report back to a scheduled listening to yesterday (October 11). In addition, no person from Beyoncé’s group reportedly attended the listening to. Court information cite a “lack of prosecution” as a part of the October 11 proceedings. Pitchfork has contacted Kimberly Thompson and representatives for Beyoncé.

In her civil harassment restraining order submitting, from September 19, Thompson reportedly alleged that Beyoncé was practising “extreme witchcraft” and “magic spells of sexual molestation” towards her. Thompson additionally accused Beyoncé of murdering her pet kitten.

“This has been a complete nightmare. I’ve been absolutely, brutally abused by her trying to control everything I’m doing,” Thompson informed DailyMailTV lately. She claimed the kitten had begun appearing unusually earlier than its loss of life. “Every time I came home from work to rest, I was just being abused to the point where I’m still healing from a scratch on my rib cage,” Thompson mentioned. “It drew blood, it was awful. It was so manic and gnarly that I ended up calling two psychics. I got the word from the first psychic and I didn’t want to believe it.”

In an e-mail to Pitchfork, Thompson confirmed the accuracy of the paperwork published by The Blast on September 20. “All accusations…. I survived are real,” she wrote.
