Bethesda would really like everybody to cease asking about The Elder Scrolls 6 for just a few years

The Elder Scrolls 6 exists, in identify no less than, however that’s the one factor we find out about it that isn’t whole conjecture. Oh, and that Skyrim grandma Shirley Curry will be an NPC in it.

Obviously, of us wish to know greater than that, irrespective of what number of occasions Bethesda say it’s an extended, great distance off. Bethesda’s lead advertising man Pete Hines waded in to reiterate, once more, that extra details about The Elder Scrolls VI will come “years from now.”

This got here as a response to a fan taking the robust cop strategy by asking Hines immediately on Twitter “let’s cut the sh$t, when can we expect some info on The Elder Scrolls VI?” Hines received’t have something so simply extracted from him in fact and reminds them “It’s after Starfield, which you just about know nothing about.”

Hines is correct. We know virtually as little about Bethesda’s new house game Starfield as we do in regards to the subsequent Scrolls game. It was introduced two years in the past and we’ve heard next to nothing since apart from one chat between Todd Howard and Elon Musk about house journey final yr at E3. All that’s to say, if Starfield continues to be so unknown and it’s forward of TES6 within the batting order, of us ought to already know they should hunker down.

“If you’re coming at me for details now and not years from now, I’m failing to properly manage your expectations,” Hines says.

Bethesda aren’t hosting their own E3-replacement on-line showcase this summer season, although they do say they’ll nonetheless have issues to share. Just, you already know, please don’t count on them to contain the quantity 6.
