Ben Stiller and Jessica Chastain will lead the cast of the limited series The Off Weeks. The narrative follows writer and professor Gus Adler, who becomes entangled with Stella West — an enigmatic woman hiding a particularly dark past. Their romance, predictably, unleashes serious turmoil.
The series is being showrun by Alissa Nutting, the creator of “Adult Toys.”
Eight episodes are planned in total, and the show will debut on Apple TV+.
