Battlefield 6’s First Season Starts by End of October, Runs in Three Phases

The new shooter launches on October 10 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

On October 28 the first season of Battlefield 6 kicks off. Staged across three phases, it will bring new maps, weapons, vehicles, modes, and equipment to the game.

• October 28 — Rogue Ops: introduces Strikepoint mode, the Blackwell Fields map, the Traverser Mark 2 military SUV, three new weapons, and one weapon modification.
• November 18 — California Resistance: a limited-time 8v8 Sabotage mode, the Eastwood map, two new weapons and one modification. The game will also add a feature that lets players pick up powerful weapons and equipment during matches.
• December 9 — Winter Offensive: a temporary Ice Lock mode featuring a snowy reimagining of the Empire State map, and an ice axe as a melee weapon.
