Today (September 25) is National Voter Registration Day. To acknowledge the event, Bandcamp is encouraging individuals to register to vote forward of the Tuesday, November 6 midterm elections. And, this Friday, September 29, Bandcamp will maintain a fundraiser to help the Voting Rights Project—a program led by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law that works to guard the appropriate to vote.
This Friday, from midnight to midnight Pacific Time, Bandcamp will donate 100 % of its proceeds to the Voting Rights Project. (Bandcamp makes 15 % from all digital gross sales and 10 % from all merchandise gross sales on the positioning.)
