With gamescom 2021 looming, Microïds seems to want to communicate more in recent days. After giving us news of Syberia: The World Before just before the weekend, here it isAsterix & Obelix: Slap them All! to reveal its release date to us. Appointment is made for November 25, 2021 on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, with this promise to make us relive the beat’em all of the arcades signed Konami. We remind you that it is the French studio Mr Nutz Studio which is in charge of development, with this desire to reconnect with old-fashioned production methods. Indeed, everything was done by hand, whether it was the characters, the sets and the animations. Until we can take the game in hand and tell you if the gameplay is up to par, Microïds lets us know that a local cooperative mode will allow two players to play on the same sofa, one in the skin of Asterix, the other controlling Obelix.
