Arc Raiders developers implement Denuvo for all players and monitor the consequences
Cheaters face new obstacles in Arc Raiders.
Last month, the developers of this extraction shooter announced a campaign to integrate Denuvo into the game. While many players recognize the company for its DRM software, the brand also specializes in anti-cheat solutions.
Embark Studios rolled out the Denuvo anti-cheat in waves. The studio finished this process at the end of June and will now monitor the performance of Arc Raiders.
The developers previously clarified that they are not using Denuvo DRM. They intend to strengthen the security systems of Arc Raiders using Denuvo Anti-Cheat and Anybrain.
The creators also updated the in-game shop. New color variants are now available for the Bogwalker set.
A major update for Arc Raiders should arrive in October. The team will release smaller patches in the meantime.
