He’s put a ring on it! Andrew W.K. and Kat Dennings announced that they are engaged by sharing matching Instagram posts on Thursday (May 13).
Both shared a three-photo gallery, with the first snap showing the WandaVision actress holding the musician’s hand, her stunning emerald-cut sparkler the center of attention. The second image is of the happy couple embraced in a kiss, with the rocker holding her hand for the camera to capture the bling. The third and final photo has the former 2 Broke Girls star alone in the frame, her cherry-red manicured left hand held over her face to show off her sparkly new accessory.
“Don’t mind if I do,” Dennings captioned her gallery. W.K. — born Andrew Fetterly Wilkes-Krier — simply shared his with the ring emoji. He also commented on his fiancee’s post, adding a series of heart emojis in various colors.
The couple only recently went public with their romance. On April 29, Dennings shared two photos on Instagram of the rocker and captioned her post with a black heart emoji. Then on May 2, the 34-year-old actress posted a snap of the musician, 42, kissing the side of her head.
W.K. has previously landed three albums on the Billboard 200: I Get Wet peaked at No. 84 in May 2002, The Wolf reached No. 61 in September 2003, and You’re Not Alone came at No. 197 in March 2018. His next album, the 12-track God Is Partying, is due out Sept. 10.
