Nilüfer Yanya: Painless [ATO]

Following her spectacular 2019 debut Miss Universe and last year’s Feeling Lucky? EP, London singer-songwriter Nilüfer Yanya returns with Painless. The 12-track album includes “Stabilise,” “Midnight Sun,” “Dealer,” and “AnotherLife.” Yanya’s visual for the latter track was directed by her sister Molly Daniel.

Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul: Topical Dancer [Deewee]

Topical Dancer is the first full-length from Belgium-based duo of Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul. The 13-song LP was partially inspired by Reni Eddo-Lodge’s book Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race. It features lead single “Thank You” and “Blenda,” both of which arrived with striking visuals. Soulwax co-wrote and co-produced the record, in addition to releasing it on their label Deewee.
