October brought the breathtaking Swiss Alps of SnowRunner’s Season 19, and November is just around the corner, bringing RoadCraft’s Foundations Expansion on November 3!

Season 19: Research & Restore launched just over a week ago, so here is a quick look back at everything it has to offer!

Winter has blanketed this scenic Swiss region in heavy snow! Your tasks include repairing an aging viaduct, shielding pathways from perilous avalanches, and helping a local hot-air balloon festival take flight. Above all, your primary mission is to restore a mountaintop space observatory by delivering its delicate optical instruments.

Season 19 challenges you across three sprawling maps:

Naturally, a fresh season also introduces powerful new iron horses to your fleet!

• The Wortek 250T: A remarkably versatile Heavy-class truck boasting extensive customization options and one of the most generous fuel capacities in the game.

• The 8×8 Derry Savior: Equipped with three steering axles, this machine seamlessly pairs immense towing power with exceptional agility.

That is not all, though! The accompanying patch also delivers important refinements to the two newest Mercedes-Benz vehicles, stability fixes for the Nintendo Switch 2, and numerous quality-of-life enhancements.

Season 19 is fully included in the Year 5 Pass and is available across PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

With the ink barely dry on the Season 19 release, our sights are already set on SnowRunner’s next major milestone: Season 20! We are currently aiming for a launch window between the tail end of winter and early spring, so keep a lookout for upcoming teasers and reveals. Any guesses on where our next destination might be?

Unlike several of the recent Year 4 and Year 5 updates, there will not be a standalone DLC bridging Season 19 and Season 20. Instead, your next major journey will take you straight to a massive new region featuring not two, not three, but four brand-new vehicles!

A massive new expansion is just around the bend. We are thrilled to confirm that Expansion 3: Foundations will officially arrive on November 3rd. Let’s preview the heavy-duty action heading your way!

Pack your toolkit and prepare to explore two breathtaking new environments: Spring Renewal and Oasis Delta. 

To tame these rugged terrains, we are rolling some seriously heavy machinery into your motor pool. You will take the controls of four entirely new vehicles, alongside fresh cosmetic variants for several familiar favorites.

• ALCES PL30C Pile Driver

• Voltrack Concrete MX

• Voltrack MK11 Concrete Pumper

• Metal magnetic crane EPEC MAG240

Three specialized variants are also included in this expansion:

• Aramatsu R1 Asphalt Roller: Engineered for compacting asphalt to pave flawlessly smooth roadways.

• Derry Longhorn 4520 Heavy Hauler: Built according to community requests, featuring an expanded cargo platform to securely transport bulky industrial equipment like tree crushers and draglines.

• Isonzo M1 Service Vehicle: A nimble, lightweight support rig ideal for navigating punishing backcountry terrain.

True to its title, *Foundations* introduces an entirely new tier of gameplay centered around structural preparation. You will haul essential new cargo—such as heavy construction piles and concrete—to master our brand-new pile-driving mechanic, marking the vital first step in building colossal concrete structures. It is demanding labor, but immensely rewarding.

Furthermore, a familiar face makes her triumphant return! She took a well-deserved break, but when serious earth-moving work needs to be done, Kelly is back on the clock. Additionally, for players who value a pristine screen and maximum immersion, we have added a highly requested Minimalist UI toggle to easily tuck away the HUD elements.

We cannot wait for you to start laying down your foundations on November 3rd. Fire up those engines, and we will see you out on the trails!
