Last month, Dev Hynes, aka Blood Orange, carried out his track “Nappy Wonder” at Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago. Watch it go down beneath. The track will seem on Hynes’ upcoming album, Negro Swan, the follow-up to his 2016 LP Freetown Sound, out August 24 through Domino. The new album options a number of visitor stars, together with Puff Daddy, Kelsey Lu, A$AP Rocky, Steve Lacy, Janet Mock, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Project Pat, and extra. Blood Orange lately dropped two new singles, “Jewelry” and “Charcoal Baby.” (The “Charcoal Baby” video was certainly one of Pitchfork’s favorite videos of last month).
