Bethesda’s plan is to permit all Elder Scrolls: Legends followers can play collectively, it doesn’t matter what platform they’re enjoying on.

Cross-play help is already a serious characteristic for CCG’s like Hearthstone, so it’s no shock Bethesda is pushing for it in Elder Scrolls. It’s fairly doubtless that Sony will make an exception for Bethesda right here.
