Marilyn Manson has not been charged in a sexual assault case that dates again to October 2011, TMZ studies. According to The Hollywood Reporter, a police report was filed towards Manson in May 2018 for “unspecified sex crimes” from 2011. The allegations have been publicly revealed for the primary time at this time (August 10). According to TMZ, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office selected to not cost Manson with sexual assault due to an “absence of corroboration.” In addition, Manson reportedly confronted allegations of battery and assault with a lethal weapon, however won’t be charged as a result of the state’s statute of limitations expired, based on TMZ.
