Vince Staples Announces New Music Coming This Week

Featuring Kamaiyah, Jay Rock, and more

Vince Staples has said that he’s releasing new music this week. “GOOD MORNING CITCH WE GOT NEW VINCE STAPLES THIS FRIDAY,” he tweeted. Staples then added that the music will feature Kamaiyah, Jay Rock, and others. On Instagram, he wrote, “I took time off from recording my next album to make a very special project dedicated to my biggest fan and supporter since day one,” with a photo from his childhood. Vince Staples has released a project (via Def Jam) every year since 2014. First there was the Hell Can Wait EP. Then he shared his 2015 debut studio LP Summertime ’06. After that was Prima Donna. And last year, Vince released his second album, Big Fish Theory.
