On April 30, Travis Scott performed at Terminal 5 in New York City. During the show, multiple attendees dropped from the venue’s balcony into the ground-level crowd. One of those concertgoers, Kyle Green, has sued Travis Scott and the Bowery Presents (the venue operator) for injuries suffered during the fall, the New York Post reports. Green said that he fractured vertebrae and his right ankle, broke his left wrist, and is now paralyzed on his left side. The complaint, obtained by Pitchfork, alleges that Travis Scott “incited mayhem and chaos through his conduct.” Travis’ manager David Stromberg and the security company Strike Force Protective Services are also named in the complaint, which you can find below. Pitchfork has contacted Travis Scott’s representatives for comment.

After the Terminal 5 concert, Travis Scott issued a statement about the incidents. “The safety of everyone is held in the highest regard and we are currently conducting an internal investigation to ensure that this does not happen again,” the statement read. “We are deeply concerned about the guest who was injured and intend to offer him our support.”
