Red Hot Chili Peppers celebrated Halloween today by giving a surprise performance in costume at a high school, as Exclaim points out. On Twitter, drummer Chad Smith wrote, “Who rocks out at 9:30 a.m. at my kids’ school? We do!” Below, check out a clip of their performance of “Can’t Stop.”

RHCP’s latest album, The Getaway, arrived in 2016. This fall, Flea will release his memoir Acid for the Children.
