Watch Silk Sonic’s Video for New Song “Smokin Out the Window”

Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak have shared another new song from their forthcoming Silk Sonic debut An Evening with Silk Sonic. “Smokin Out the Window” arrives with a retro music video, directed by Mars and John Esparza. Check it out below.

Mars and .Paak announced their Silk Sonic collaboration in February with the single “Leave the Door Open.” They performed the song at the Grammys and led a tribute to Little Richard during the program’s “In Memoriam” segment. They issued the second single “Skate” over the summer, before confirming the record’s November 15 release date. Bootsy Collins appears on the project as a “guest host,” and Thundercat is on the track “After Last Night” with Collins.

Earlier this week, Anderson .Paak announced his new Los Angeles–based record label Apeshit Inc., launched in collaboration with Universal Music Group. “I wanted to start a label that sets fire to a new generation of artists, who can play while performing,” .Paak said in a statement. “This label is going to be about passion, about feeling, about honesty. It’s about respect for the culture and art and it’s about heart.” Anderson .Paak also clarified, “APE stands for Anderson .Paak Empire. And, well, we on some other shit out here in this music business jungle, so Apeshit!”
