A new D’Angelo song will be featured on the soundtrack for the Western-themed action adventure video game “Red Dead Redemption 2.” Other contributors to the soundtrack, revealed today, include Willie Nelson, Josh Homme, Nas, and Rhiannon Giddens. Further contributions to the game’s Woody Jackson-composed score come from Arca, Daniel Lanois, Colin Stetson, Queens of the Stone Age’s Jon Theodore, and more.

D’Angelo’s song can be heard in “Red Dead Redemption 2,” which is out now. A release date for the standalone soundtrack has not been revealed.

The new D’Angelo track will mark his first new song since 2014’s Black Messiah. Last year, D’Angelo reissued his debut album Brown Sugar, featuring new remixes. Read about D’Angelo’s Voodoo on Pitchfork’s list The 200 Best Albums of the 2000s.
