J. Cole has dropped a new freestyle called “Album of the Year.” The track is a freestyle over Nas and the Bravehearts’ “Oochie Wally.” Check out the song’s Simon David-directed video below. “The Off Season coming soon... all roads lead to The Fall Off,” Cole wrote in a statement found in the video’s YouTube description. The track is also streaming.

The song alludes to J. Cole’s new album KOD, which broke multiple first-day streaming records upon its release. Cole is about to embark on a tour behind the record joined by Young Thug. Cole also shared visuals for album cuts “ATM” and “Kevin’s Heart.” In an interview this year, he opened up about the possibility of a joint album with Kendrick and addressed his much-hyped phone call with Kanye West.
