J. Cole has released his new song. It’s called “Middle Child” and it’s produced by T-Minus. Check it out below. The new song is about being “in the middle of two generations” and references conversations he’s had with Drake, JAY-Z, 21 Savage, and Kodak Black.

“Middle Child” will mark J. Cole’s first song of 2019. Last year, he released his fifth studio album KOD. He also dropped off a number of notable guest verses on tracks by J.I.D (“Off Deez”), 21 Savage (“a lot”), and Jay Rock (“OSOM”), among others.

Lately, Cole has been teasing Revenge of the Dreamers III, the latest installment in his Dreamville label’s compilation series. On January 16, Cole tweeted, “The Revengers sessions are done.” The previous edition, Revenge of the Dreamers II, came out back in December 2015.
