BROCKHAMPTON were the musical guests on the latest “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” During their performance, they debuted a new song called “Tonya” accompanied by special guests Jazmine Sullivan, serpentwithfeet, and Ryan Beatty. The song includes a reference to the film I, Tonya. Just before the performance, Fallon revealed the name of their new album—the best years of our lives—and showed its artwork. Watch it happen below.
BROCKHAMPTON’s “Fallon” appearance marks their first public performance since the departure of founding member Ameer Vann, who exited the band following allegations of physical and emotional abuse levied against him by two women. Following that news, they canceled their remaining U.S. tour dates to “regroup,” but their tour is now back on. They’ll hit stops in Canada, England, Europe, and more this summer—find their schedule below.
Earlier this year, the group had been teasing a new album called PUPPY. It was set for a June release, but following the allegations against Vann, Kevin Abstract revealed that the album’s release would be delayed.
The performance was their first on a late-night TV program. They previously went on MTV’s “TRL” for a memorable performance of “BOOGIE” on the streets of New York City.
