The Miraculous Love Kids is a music group founded by American musician Lanny Cordola. The members are children who formerly lived on the streets of Afghanistan. The Miraculous Love Kids’ leader is a young girl named Mursal, whose older sisters died in a suicide bombing in 2012. Girl With a Guitar is Cordola & The MLK’s initiative to provide music education to young girls in impoverished areas.

Today (November 27), the Miraculous Love Kids / Girl With a Guitar have shared a new song with Brian Wilson. It’s a remake of Wilson’s 1988 “Love and Mercy.” It arrives with a music video filmed in Los Angeles and Kabul, Afghanistan. “I’m glad music makes the children feel love and mercy,” Wilson said. “That’s what music is all about—making you feel happy!” Watch the new “Love and Mercy” video below.
