Pitchfork and the Art Institute of Chicago are happy to announce Bill Callahan as the final addition to Midwinter, a three-night event taking place at the Art Institute from February 15-17, 2019. Callahan joins a lineup including Slowdive, Panda Bear, Oneohtrix Point Never, Kamasi Washington, Deerhunter, Laurie Anderson, Tortoise, William Basinski, Grouper, Yves Tumor, Zola Jesus, Perfume Genius, JPEGMAFIA, Joey Purp, Jlin, Hiss Golden Messenger, Mykki Blanco, and many more. Bill Callahan’s last album, Dream River, arrived in 2013. His Live at Third Man Records LP was released earlier this year.
